The Gilmore College Student Council is an important part of the College community. The Council is the student representative body at the College and exists to provide students with an active voice. The Council makes decisions and provides advice to the College on a range of issues affecting students. The Council consists of elected representatives from Years 7-12, with the Year 12 representatives constituting a majority in terms of numbers. Head Captains are selected from the Year 12 representatives.
