
The College uses Subject Selection Online (SSO) for course selections, available from Year 9.
Students are advised to speak to Learning Area HOLAs (Head of Learning Areas) regarding elective choices available for that learning area.
For those interested in selecting a Specialist Program, we advise them to speak to our Careers Centre staff for course information.
Students interested in selecting ATAR subjects can visit the School Curriculum and Standards Authority website for further information relating to Year 11 and 12 selections.
Year 9 and 10 2025 Subject Electives: families will be advised when subject selections open for students.

Students will need to log in using their login ID and their student personalised password (created by students when they click password re-set).

Booking an Optional Appointment with a Course Counsellor
If students wish to speak with someone about their course selections (including the option of studying a certificate offered at TAFE), they can book a 15-minute interview with Ms Kilpatrick or Mr Ballantyne.
Appointments can be made directly via Schools Online Booking System (SOBS) by clicking the following link Year 10 Course Counselling Interview.
Alternatively, families can contact main reception on 6595 2700 during office hours to arrange an interview time.
Interviews are available from Thursday 12 June to Friday 27 June 9:30am – 2:00pm daily.
Year 10 Family Information Evening 2025
The below information presentation is addressed to current Year 10 students and families, entering Year 11 in 2026. This presentation provides an overview of the courses available within the school’s three main pathways: General, Australian Tertiary Admissions Rank (ATAR) and Vocational Education Training (VET). It also outlines the requirements for achieving the West Australian Certificate of Education (WACE) in 2026 and explains the counselling process for selecting subjects for next year. Additionally, it clearly communicates the expectations of students entering their final years of secondary education.
