Alternative Education Programs - Gilmore College
The Work Connect Pathway is designed for students who have a keen interest in moving directly from school to work but have had difficulty completing Year 10. Students that enrol in our Work Connect Pathway will be provided with the opportunities to further their education in a tolerant, caring and supportive environment.
Students will be provided with an opportunity to attend TAFE courses and Work based learning that will give students the basic skills and knowledge required to function in the workplace.
The Clontarf Pathway is designed for Indigenous male students who have a keen interest in Australian Rules football, have had difficulty with mainstream education and are enthusiastic about their culture. Indigenous students that enrol in the Clontarf Pathway will be provided with the opportunities to engage in a culturally specific educational pathway. Students will be provided with an opportunity to attend both school based and TAFE provided courses that will allow students to develop the basic skills and knowledge required to complete their secondary education.
